# PoI Governance (Retired)

> **This page is retired.** PoI governance — $AGENT-weighted voting via Clarity stakes and inference-pool bonds — is discontinued and will not ship. There is no $AGENT-based governance, and no separate PoI DAO, going forward.

$AGENT is being consolidated into **cMATRA** under the [cMATRA Token Merger](/materios-partner-chain/cmatra-token-merger.md), converging into **MATRA — the native network token of the** [**Materios blockchain**](/materios-partner-chain/materios.md). Governance of the Materios chain is carried by MATRA as the chain's governance decentralizes (currently a 2-of-3 multisig transitioning per the [Materios overview](/materios-partner-chain/materios.md#on-chain-pallets)).
