PoI Governance (Retired)

This page is retired. PoI governance — $AGENT-weighted voting via Clarity stakes and inference-pool bonds — is discontinued and will not ship. There is no $AGENT-based governance, and no separate PoI DAO, going forward.

$AGENT is being consolidated into cMATRA under the cMATRA Token Merger, converging into MATRA — the native network token of the Materios blockchain. Governance of the Materios chain is carried by MATRA as the chain's governance decentralizes (currently a 2-of-3 multisig transitioning per the Materios overview).
