# Flux Point Staking (Concluded)

The legacy AGENT & SHARDS staking program has concluded. Unstake, claim, and trade eligible legacy assets for cMATRA — the Cardano-side form of MATRA, the network token of the Materios blockchain — be

> **This program has been retired.** The AGENT & SHARDS staking program — including NFT boosts and all revenue-rewards streams — concluded with the launch of the [cMATRA Token Merger](/materios-partner-chain/cmatra-token-merger.md) on **May 28, 2026**. No new staking rewards accrue. Valid tracked rewards were reconciled and materialized into redeemable units before the redemption window opened (see [FAQ Q22](/materios-partner-chain/faq.md#22-what-happens-to-legacy-staking-rewards-that-were-tracked-operationally-or-in-dashboards)).

## What to do now

If you still have AGENT, SHARDS, or NFTs in a legacy staking position:

1. **Unstake and claim.** Withdraw your staked assets (and any final claimed rewards) through the staking dApp at [fluxpoint.ada-anvil.io](https://fluxpoint.ada-anvil.io/en/) so they return to a wallet you control.
2. **Surrender and redeem.** Trade eligible legacy assets — AGENT, SHARDS, Flux Point Team Pass, SE Brawlers, Brawl Pass: Enter the Dragon, and T1/T2 ADAM Launch Passes — for **cMATRA** at the official portal: [fluxpointstudios.com/matra-merger](https://fluxpointstudios.com/matra-merger).
3. **Don't wait for the deadline.** The redemption window closes **November 28, 2026**, and the on-chain surrender path is permanently disabled after that date. See [Launch Readiness](/materios-partner-chain/launch-readiness.md) and the [pre-launch checklist](/materios-partner-chain/launch-readiness.md#pre-launch-checklist-for-holders).

Read the [Legal & Disclaimers](/materios-partner-chain/legal-and-disclaimers.md) before redeeming.

## Going forward: one network token

The era of many assets with bolted-on utility — and of Cardano-side staking programs paying out revenue-rewards — is over. Everything consolidates into **MATRA, the native network token of the** [**Materios blockchain**](/materios-partner-chain/materios.md), whose utility is the network itself:

* **Delegate to earn block rewards.** Delegate to Cardano SPOs participating in Materios cross-validation, or stake and delegate MATRA to Materios validators as mainnet staking rolls out — the same way ADA holders delegate to Cardano stake pools and earn ADA. Rewards are protocol block rewards for securing the network, not revenue sharing. See [FAQ Q39–39b](/materios-partner-chain/faq.md#39-how-are-validators-expected-to-be-rewarded).
* **Use the network.** Holding MATRA generates MOTRA, the capacity token that pays Materios transaction fees.
* **Govern the network.** MATRA carries governance weight as the chain decentralizes.
